Ok, this screws me up... I do have "DCS World OpenBeta" installed, so whats wrong? I have no clue how to install DCS World Public or where to find it. :) And putting that tool in any folder called "DCS World" don't work. I have no such folder! Only "DCS World 2 OpenAlpha" and "DCS World OpenBeta" Patch released yet??

Hi there! Now its time to sell my panels for A-10C due to moving to a flat! Laser cut and engraved panels, 3 layers, clear, white, white-black painted and engraved. Not all is connected or completed with switches and whatever u need to make it work... Included is 3 interface, 2 GP-Wiz40 and a B256A13 High Input Count Joystick Controller. The B256A13 High Input Count Joystick Controller is not working on all ports (8), but it is enough to run it with switches. I did have it mounted on consoles for A-10C and now I did remove all. So all panels is deliver connected as it was mounted. It is a mes, but that is the price you have to pay :pilotfly: There is some building still on some panels to do! And there is parts to mount on them. I do not sell it panels by panels, it is all or nothing! Or the freight will by more then a panel cost. Have a look at pictures for more info about things. After a mission I want to look at replay and noticed that if I fast forward replay, it get out of sync where my Ka-50 is on map. Every time I do this I find my chopper in wrong position after a while. The more I ff. the more it goes wrong. And I did notice that it is the same even if I do not ff. It is not far away (50m-1k) from my original position, but I cant use it if I would like to take control in reply to make up for any mistake I did before in flight. Any fire on enemy goes wrong in replay to when it is of sync. Those two pic shows when I land in replay, but I did land on the plates. Rely strange this reply recording.:pilotfly:

I would recommend Project CARS for racing sim. Best sim racing for now. Assetto is good to, but P-Cars is a lot more cars and tracks. IRacing is for pro's that want clean racing online. Takes ages to get your license upgraded with a lot of hours practicing for it. Make mistake and u lose points on license... All other is a mess online if you do not join a league. F1 2015 is a mess for now, released to early with a lot of problems online and offline. TX wheel have almost no FFB in that game and make it impossible to drive fast. A good start is: TX Racing Wheel Servo Base, http://www.thrustmaster.com/en_US/products/tx-racing-wheel-servo-base and then a wheel add-on of your choice from Thrustmaster!, for pedals, T3PA-PRO ADD-ON, http://www.thrustmaster.com/en_US/products/t3pa-pro-add quite good with conical add-on brake mod. Maybe a H-shifter from Thrustmaster if you got the money. Or go for pro wheels like Fanatec, a lot better, but you have to pay lots of money for it. My experience of TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia Edition is good. I use it with a F1 add-on for open wheels racing and 458 wheel for all other racing. Before I did have the T500RS, almost same as TX, but TX use brush-less motor! Makes it more smooth when driving. I use a 40" 4K Philips and it is great with a big monitor. Everything comes down to money, the more you can spend, the better hardware you get. And probably better driving experience with it.

After I did as he says in this post. http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2425271&postcount=11 "You may have to load up mission in mission editor and resave to bring up to current version of DCS (can fix some radio issues)" This seems to solved my com problems in training mode! Have not tested it in real mode yet! Now I have communication with wingmen using "Ralt+ \ for SPU-9 PTT for using radio call to wingman"

Go for much power on PS! 750W or above if SLI. No need for adapter on PS to graphic card. Samsung SSD HD is to recommend. Fast loading of win and game works better.

Warthog is a good joystick, but Saitek pedals is not that good. I swapped mine for Slaw Device BF 109 pedals, and that's is much better pedals. But it cost a lot. Good luck with building your desk pit.

I did buy BS2 on steam and would use it in my standalone DCS. I have BS1 and BS2 upgrade installed on standalone. I got my key from steam and now I will use it in my standalone, do I need to uninstall BS1 and 2? I have bound the key to my personal account! But I can't find any BS2 in Module Manager! I did uninstalled Steam version to be sure not having any conflict. But what do I do wrong? In module manager I can see BS1 and I disable the module, but no BS2 is visible! Restarted game twice, no luck. Ok, found out how to! Remove BS1 from module manager and restart game and there we have it! Install BS2. But it still says" Ka-50 Black Shark" in module manager! But it works....

I need to start download of DCS: World. Then pause it and right click on DCS World and it's there. And I found the tread regarding Steam questions. :doh:

I started to download it and then I was able to buy it. But I do not see BS2 in my Steam library yet. Not sure if I need to download whole Steam DCS before I see it. Or it takes a while to get it in Steam?

I need to get Steam DCS: World before I buy it.... Did try to but it, but no... No DSC: World! Damn...

I own a BS1 and BS2 upgrade, can I buy a BS2 on steam and use it in stand alone DSC: World? I am tired of using my dvd BS1 every time I need to reinstall BS2... I am not using Steam for DCS: World!

I do not have any problems with win 10 and DCS. it runs good. I do not use any "Compatibility" settings either. So what your problem is are difficult to know. I hope you succeed to run it. Or post some more info regarding problem.

Today I did test to use my keys on a Dual boot PC. I do use Windows 8.1 and a test of Windows 10. I use one SSD hard drive to both OS! Different partitions to run it!!! Windows 8.1 on a separated partition, and Windows 10 on another separated partition. Else I cant install Windows 10 without killing my Windows 8.1!! I booted in to Windows 10 and did run it from my catalog on "C:\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe" I did have to register my keys again! No problem. Then i did run my windows 8.1 and then it will update my key's, but i get an error for first key, and all other to. I will tell you that I did change my CPU for 15 days ago! But I did start DCS: after that on Win 8.1! Before I did install Win. 10!! Is it possible to run Win. 8.1 and Win. 10 in DUAL BOOT? And why do I get this message? Nice one! I did abandon my thinking of projector. To expensive to get a good resolution, and I don't have room for a 180 degree projection. I did try out a screen 180cm x 90cm with an arc of about 30 degree. But I used a hd ready resolution, and that was to low. So I bought a new monitor Philips PHL BDM4065, 4K resolution! And I get a fantastic resolution with it. But I miss out on wideness as I did have with 3 x 27" Now I need Track IR to see to left and right wings..... But, what the heck, 4K resolution is not bad!!

I did manage to land on my second attempt! Speed about 200-225 before flaring out. Throttle off. Then I did a long flair due to to much elevator so I got up a bit and then I lost speed and did drop down on runway, 3 point landing, no bouncing or anything like Dora! After touchdown I pulled the stick slowly back all way. Did brake a bit to much, so my left wing dipped to ground, did press right brake and it leveled out nice and fine and then It stopped on right side on runway without damage!! On approach I did some small correction of flight path, and on final it went straight as a bullet, almost.... Very little rudder or aileron corrections. No rudder help was used!

First of all, you should contact Thrustmaster. Send them a ticket in there support forum. Maybe they have a solution for you without voiding there warranty. If not, and you can be without it, send it back..... They have a very good support. Got spare parts for my racing-wheel at no cost, twice! Regards DrStrix

Hi folks! I was thinking of using one (1) projector in steed of my 3 x 27" screens. I know I can't get same resolution with it, but I am tired of having a loooong screen, but no high.. 1080 pix..... So I will try one projector and see if it works out good. I manage to borrow a HD ready projector. I am not buying any until I know if it works. I did calculated that I can have a screen width of 180 cm x 100 cm height. It will be curved! So I need software to warp it. I did find a software, Immersive Display Lite 2, that I would try before buy. If any one did a curved projector screen with one projector, I would be happy for all information about yours and what you think about it. Regards DrStrix

Why is Dora so different then P-51 to land or takeoff? If you look at gears placement, its very similar wheel width extended. So it would be handling same on runway. But Dora acts more that a BF109 with narrow landing gears. Both have tail wheel, Dora is locked but not P-51? So why is it so hard to keep Dora straight on runway at takeoff, but not P-51? And why do Dora bounce a lot when landing, but not P-51? Its like they don't have any shock absorber on Dora that deals with the bouncing. P-51 landing gear deals with bouncing much better then Dora. Even if you let P-51 drop down on track, it don't get so much airborne again as Dora. When getting up to speed with Dora, you might think its tail should at least keeping it straight, but it moves all over the runway, like you have lost the tail. it really is a strange plane to takeoff and land....
