What means BRA ?

Yes , the F5E should stay the way it is, simple .

The all G-91 can carry up to 4 sidewinders , but only the R4/3 from Portugal used it ( and the Ys).

The R3 and Y has 2x30mm DEFA and not ADEN guns

I have still not seen any RoCAF with the new missile. Neither I have seen any F5E with a new radar in Taiwan.

Is the F5 the only fighter without a parking brake or this is common ?

Then how do you maintain the aircraft still when you remove the shocks ? All the planes I have flown (Ce-152 to the A330 , actual planes ), all have a parking break to avoid any trouble. Is the F5, the only one without parking breaks ?
