Brisse Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 If I set autopilot to hold 30000ft, it will climb to 40000ft and hold. If I then change the setting from 30000ft to 31000ft, it will climb to 42000ft. Seems it adds a value of one to every setting. DCS:W Version 2.0.0.48763.61

TrigaNZ Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 [DUPLICATE] Autopilot Altitude Hi On selecting 20000 feet the aircraft keeps climbing. Selecting 10000 feet it will descend to 20000. 9000 for 19000 feet etc It seems the alts are out by 10000 feet. Cheers Kiwi

rrohde Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Selected Altitude for AP differs from actual Altitude When dialing in a desired altitude using the Autopilot Altitude Selector, and then enabling AP along with the Selected Altitude Hold Button, the actual altitude that is being held and displayed on the HUD is way different from the altitude I entered into the Autopilot Altitude Selector. See screenshot attached. In this exampled, I entered 10,000 ft, and the aircraft climbed to more than 20,000 ft; see HUD vs. Altitude Selector. Brisse Posted January 1, 2016 Author Posted January 1, 2016 According to CptSmiley, this is now fixed, but not released yet. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=156925
IvanK Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 ALTITUDE SELECT Seems the AP Altitude select tumblers result in a 1000ft error. If you set it say to 3000ft it will fly to and level at 4000ft. If you set all the tumblers to 0 the AP will fly to 1000ft
Sverre Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 That is a known issue, and it looks like it will get fixed in the upcoming patch. From the patch notes: " - Fixed Select altitude off by one"
