I filled the sky with Tomcats, kind of like an Airwing coming aboard, and the first 3 that trapped just disappeared but the 4th taxixd to the forward starboard elevator and rode it down the taxixd into the hanger bay and parked. The key is, that the AI does not have space to park it's aircraft after landing. After landing, they clip through all of the static aircraft I setup to block the parking spots and park on top of a static aircraft.
