desnosj Posted July 19, 2020 Posted July 19, 2020 Hello, My DCS openbeta is up to date, but this morning he won't launch anymore ... I got an Authorisation Failed message like the picture, and after that, DCS crash. I make no change I play one day early without any troubles. I try rename DCS savegames folder, disable anti-virus, repair and cleanup main directory... nothing change. I attach the log and the screen of the crash. Thanks in advance.dcs.log-20200719-065417.zip
silverdevil Posted July 19, 2020 Posted July 19, 2020 the screen shot appears to be an authorization of modules issue. but it does say it is good for 3 days. any internet issues? Hello, I took a look at your log and while the direct cause of the crash is not clear, there are some issues: - Did you move DCS to a different path before it started to crash? The current path (C:\games\DCS World) is not the default one. - Can you check if these files exist? ... DCS can't open them for some reason, maybe a Windows security misconfiguration: C:\games\DCS World\l10n\en\LC_MESSAGES\dcs.mo; input.mo; and payloads.mo - You said that you repaired DCS, yet there are still non-standard files on it, like: IC fail: coremods/wwii units/p-51d/p-51d.lua IC fail: coremods/aircraft/av8bna/av8bna.lua IC fail: coremods/aircraft/c-101/bin/c101core.dll IC fail: coremods/aircraft/f14/bin/f14-ai.dll IC fail: coremods/aircraft/mig-21bis/bin/mig21_ai.dll IC fail: coremods/services/voicechat/bin/voicechat.dll Maybe you have a Mod aircraft installed, like VSN's ?
