During a mission departing from Nellis AFB with the A-10C II, I encountered a bug involving the aircraft's radios. After setting both radios to their respective tower frequencies, the ARC-210 radio automatically switches to the ARC-164 UHF frequency at a specific moment. Here’s the sequence of actions performed: • Set frequency 132.55 on ARC-210 • Set frequency 327.00 on ARC-164 • Requested taxi clearance on 327.00 (ARC-164) • After receiving taxi clearance, I requested takeoff clearance on 132.55 (ARC-210) At the exact moment I made the takeoff request via the in-game radio menu, the ARC-210 frequency was automatically overwritten and switched to 327.00, matching the ARC-164. I’m attaching both a video and a track file to illustrate the issue. Thanks Sniper radio_bug.trk 2025-08-20 14-41-23.mkv

I hope I am doing this right. I started leaning A-10C several years ago and felt I was pretty successful. I took some time off and wanted to start playing it again. However, now when I do the start-up, the APU doesn't start. Specifically, after switching it on, the RPMs only reach about 60% and I don't hear the usual sound of it running. Has my program gotten corrupted? Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

SP Cold, auto start Kola MAP F16 - AQ-33 / LTNING Pod After boresighting the Mavs in the air, both the previous and new TGP lock onto the ground target used for boresight (SP1). Even after TMS Aft and CZ, the TGP remains fixed on SP1 as I proceed from the IP (SP2) to the target area (SP3). I attempted CZ and TMS Aft again, but the TGP won't shift to SP3, the target area. This issue hasn’t occurred before—I’m fairly sure it worked correctly when the new TGP was first released. Not sure if it’s user error. I've included the TRK file for review. Please advise. Thanks. I'll do the best I can to describe this since I don't have any screenshots, video or data. I can only speak for the center tank because that's all I've used. In the F/A-18C, you can take off, burn the center drop tank, land with it still attached, rearm and refuel and it will put a full, fresh, tank on the A/C so you have full fuel when you take off again. If you do this exact same procedure in the F-16C you will NOT get a fresh center tank it will be empty. You either have to remove the tank in the rearm and refuel menu then add it again in the rearm and refuel menu (so you have to rearm and refuel twice every time) -OR- you MUST jettison the tank in flight. It will NOT give you a fresh, full, tank when you rearm and refuel with it attached from the previous flight even though the rearm and refuel page shows a center fuel tank attached. It will be empty. I have tested this many times and it's like clock work. 100% every single time. Like I said I have not tested this with the wing tanks though. Thanks!

The center position of a FFB stick (I have the Moza AB9) is at least 70% forward on the A-10C II which makes it awkward to use in a home cockpit. I believe the stick moves to that starting point because of the way the position of the Y axis is represented in the controls indicator in game. However, the F/A-18C has a similar controls indicator layout but the starting position of the FFB stick is not pushed forward at all.

Hi everyone I have a question about the action button in the cockpit that I don't understand. I've searched but couldn't find a topic about it. In my logic, the left mouse button should switch a button ON (or up) and right click should switch a button OFF (or down). But in the sim sometimes it's the opposite : left mouse switches down or OFF and right mouse switches UP or ON, and vice versa. So I'm kind of lost and can't predict what my action is going to do. Is this normal?

not a bug Mission 7, POKER and CHAOS not in the same group
WhiteDear posted a topic in Bugs & Problems
POKER and CHAOS are not in the same group, causing POKER to be a green icon on the HDS and not a blue icon as a member of the player flight. POKER is correctly setup, but CHAOS has the same callsign as POKER, but a different group name. -
Hey, is it just me or are the numbers and values in the MFDs barely readable. I have to zoom in everytime to read them properly.

I noticed that in the Hoist/Cargo Hook Control Panel if i move the CARGO HOOK MSTR Switch from ARM position to RESET position susing keybinds for those two, it will not trigger the OFF position. Meaning that on a three position switch it will "jump" the central position if you use keybinds. If you dont trigger the OFF positionnull it will not do anything related to that switch, and it makes no sense physicaly. Here is a track that shows a copuple of times the behaviour using keybinds. First with only ARM to RESET. Where you can observe how the OFF position is "jumped" and it wont trigger nothing in the Hook systems. And then using the keybinds for moving up and down the switch for comparison. Regards Hook_Issue.trk

Not sure if this is a 'my setup' problem or s DCS problem. I have all 6 internal crew positions mapped to hats for situational awareness without external view. Switching between 1, 2 and 3 works fine, but if I switch to 4, 5, or 6, there is a 90% chance it will get stuck in that position and wont let me switch back to 1, 2 or 3 until I use keyboard numbers. The fact that it does work sometimes makes it weirder. Anyone else experienced this?

TRK File: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/wiereouzhbpv1zopezej5/mobettametas_Dogfight_Arena_-_Caucuses_-_v2.65.1-20250512-164655.trk?rlkey=jieosu6sgauy4fuw3poqhn9d6&st=ucdeqqtz&dl=0 Issue: @ approximately 11:43 in the trk file I'm pulling a bandit in and the plane pitches over randomly and flys straight into the water. I'm looking at the stick and I can see that my inputs are pulling back on the stick but aircraft is non-responsive. I looked at the horizontal stabs and did not see movement. I opened Tacview (Attached - Time +01:03:23) and watched with control inputs showing and it shows that my inputs are inverted, that I'm pushing forward on the stick, however its clear in the trk file I'm pulling back. Earlier in the trk file I had an uncommanded roll, at the time I thought I departed, but it was faster that it should have been for a departure. I do not know the time stamp on it. I thought maybe it was my stick, however a friend that flies the 18 more than I do says he has had the same issue occasionally. He says sometimes it will happen 3 or 4 times in a night, then it won't happen to him for two weeks. Tacview-20250512-164727-DCS-Client-mobettametas_Dogfight_Arena_-_Caucuses_-_v2.65.1.zip.acmi

Towns almost vanish at low level, as they have so many trees that they disappear on the horizon. It makes VFR flying harder than IRL. At a distance, they become very hard to spot, and easily blend with forests. Overall, you'd see less tall trees in german towns, they are mostly grassy gardens with bushes. Especially older towns dont have much green.

Unfoetunately because of a recently mishap with Viacom Pro, I had to restart the mission at the AAR part. If you choose at the beginning of the mission to skip ahead to the AAR with the F10 menu, you start with full tanks when approaching the tanker. Maybe reconsider giving the player like 60% fuel so one can practice staying with the tanker and refueling a bit more, than just a few pounds. ...and the mentioned A/A TACAN which doesn't work that way at the moment, which shouldn't be a campaign issue, but more a DCS design. Whichever is the right way to set up, once decided, it should be represented in the campaign. But I read that some C130 guy mentioned A/A TACAN is used for AAR, ED says it's not used with AAR.

Edit, I got comms on Arco. I read another thread where you said Exxon isn't an option and from the book yadda yadda...maybe put Arco in parentheses on the knee board or something? Or some hint somewhere, on screen message? Or maybe I missed something obvious. Anyway, sorry bout that! ------------ I'm back! You fixed mission two (thanks!) and now I can't refuel on mission 3. (Doh!) Smoke refuels first no problem, I get cued to refuel and Exxon55 is not in the tanker menu @ 251.300. I tried changing channels back and forth, reopening menu, other tanker options, etc etc....exxon just isn't home. Sorry! And thanks.....

I think maybe since last update, there's no indicator on both radio when they're receiving (through SRS), only when they're emitting. Is that correct? Actually scratch that, it works at least some times

Playing the F-16 Arctic Thunder mission 2. I am aligning my jet correctly. The steerpoints are correct when I start the mission, but at some point they become corrupted. I'm not sure if it's when I input a manual steerpoint, or when I use the TGP. Last time I flew it, I entered the manual waypoint from JTAC into an empty slot (SP19), and it all seemed correct. The TGP slewed to the correct area when I entered the waypoint. Then I am orbiting, and find the targets, but at some stage my TGP loses focus on the targets, and then it never aligns itself back on that point. After flying around a bit trying to get my TGP to slew back to the steerpoint, I realise all the steerpoints coordinates and altitudes are moving as I fly. EVERY steerpoint, not just the manually entered one. They stay in place on the HSD, but a steerpoint that should be 15NM from me according to the HSD now reads 32NM away from me. Basically everything is corrupted. It's happened twice now, but didn't happen the first two times I flew this mission. I read somewhere that the TGP can mess up the steerpoints in the F-16. Is that still an issue?

Hey, if you hop into Syria map quick start missions there are no liveries on the Hornet. Use the Free Flight mission and then click F2 for external view. It switched back to default livery. If there are some more liveries around, please include them into the module, that we can see the liveries wich are meant to be seen in this syria map quick start missions. Thanks and stay healthy.

Just wanna try out the new update and I encountered this problem. When I command RAID in TWS BIAS and MAN, the radar just reverts back to AUTO without entering RAID. Track attached.Honet cannot enter RAID in TWS.trk

Azimuth Steering Line and Target Designator Not Aligning after 1st MK20's Drop which works as expected. This is just a test run of a mission I created to see how the M20 works. The first run to target works as intended with the ASL and TD aligning. When I turn and come back at the same target, the ASL and TD are not lining up. I have tried it multiple ways, including adding mark points on the second pass and designating that as the target. Mk20_Rockeyes_Test.miz rockeye2.trk

After 6 Minutes or so, I marked the SAM. I also placed a steer point right above the SAM, but I can't align the TGP weather to the mark point 26 nor to the steer point. This issue occurs several times to me. I've tried to push the CN button in TGP and HSD but it will not work... Not sure if it's a BUG or if I'm doing something wrong. tgp_defect.trk

I just found out why my cargo wouldn't load into the CH-47 and it took sometime to ID. The issue, I'm assuming, was the container wouldn't fit the bay. I was using a Fueltank and loading about 5 tons worth in the container, then I went to .5 ton, still no go. I switched to an Oiltank or barrels and it loaded just fine. The Fueltank container looks like it would fit, so I'm not sure it's a problem. It would be nice to either limit the containers that can fit into the bay or give a response that its not possible to load into the bay when trying. I know sling loading isn't implemented but when it is maybe add an option box for internal, external, or both loading options. Then go with that on what containers to permit. Another nice item to have is a way to return the cargo back to the airport and allow for picking the right container size.
