Cali Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Remove all eastern aircraft. LMBO, good one. OP, have you changed your video card drivers? When did this happen and what did you do right before it happened? i7-4820k @ 3.7, Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB 1866mhz EVGA GTX 970 2GB, 256GB SSD, 500GB WD, TM Warthog, TM Cougar MFD's, Saitek Combat Pedals, TrackIR 5, G15 keyboard, 55" 4K LED
Mustang Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 It's a result of rapid view changes with standard weather clouds, when the camera moves west to east on the map the clouds disappear and the shadows get corrupted and stretched just like you see in those screenshots - the only solution is to use dynamic weather or no clouds at all in a mission (or try not to change viewpoints too many times)

It's great to have admin around to explain things. It's not that big a deal of course, but I thought I'd mention it.

I always see this bug (see the attached picture). May be these are separate issues... B25Mitch Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 I always see this bug (see the attached picture). May be these are separate issues... Yes, that's a separate issue I believe. Most likely a simplification of the reflection shader in order to improve performance, at the cost of accuracy.
