OP, have you changed your video card drivers? When did this happen and what did you do right before it happened?

It's a result of rapid view changes with standard weather clouds, when the camera moves west to east on the map the clouds disappear and the shadows get corrupted and stretched just like you see in those screenshots - the only solution is to use dynamic weather or no clouds at all in a mission (or try not to change viewpoints too many times)

Ive always had that problem. Somet missions alot and others no.

Hope 1.2.8. Fixes it.

But I was thinking that somehow it was related with water reflection manner.

 

I always see this bug (see the attached picture). May be these are separate issues...

Yes, that's a separate issue I believe. Most likely a simplification of the reflection shader in order to improve performance, at the cost of accuracy.
