Hey Folks, I just got my second 570 2.5GB. I couldn't find one major SLI thread, but I found a few tips here and there.

Currently, I'm using Nvidia Inspector 1.9.7.2. If I use AFR2, I get awesome FPS with that awful cloud flickering. Any other setting kills my FPS.

Is there a fix for the cloud flickering? Or is there another method that people are using now that wasn't in one of those older threads?

Thanks much =)

I would like to know this as well, because my current SPI setup is probably not giving me much more than a solo card.

Try searching for cloud flickering by post. This might solve your problem

The SLi issue has been hashed to death. It isn't supported in this DX9 software. The tips relate to extra Graphics Memory in gaming.

Already did, and tried several of the fixes. Some people have had luck switching to a different compatibility setting, but there are a ton of those and it'll take days to go through all of them =(

i thought it was AFR Mode 1 that everyone was using for nVidia.

Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2),

Okay, here's what I've found:

If you look here, you'll find that Nvidia's audio driver can fight with realtek audio drivers. Many of us have realtek audio on our mobos that we're using. The solution? Disable all of the Nvidia audio devices in your device manager and update your realtek drivers. That solved a huge portion of my problems with SLI.

Second, if you use Nvidia inspector, open up the "Digital Combat Simulator: Black Shark" profile and change the compatibility bits to:

0x04400005 (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, Rise of Flight, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl)

These two tips got SLI working for me. It's still not enough for me to comfortably run HDR with AA on (here's hoping that the new graphics engine will help here), but it's a big gain over a single card at least. I hope this helps.

Weird, i was about to make a thread how unexpectedly GOOD sli scaling is with this game.

I get a scaling from 75% to 99% ! This is normal for most mainstream games, but i did not expect it with DCS world .

Framerate nearly doubles compared to Single card.

I'm running maxed out everything (AA @ 8x though i think) and FPS is usually above 100.

When i look under "games" in my nvidia control panel, it does list "DCS World" , and the recommended setting is "SLI" . So there IS a profile.

Just curious, have your issues been solved with a newer driver , since opening posts is some weeks ago ?

i use SLi recommended its the only setting that doesnt give me cloud flickering, though the mirrors flicker and you can see the tris of everything.
