DCS P-51D Keys

After talking to Wags, he has decided ED will honour all P-51D keys right away instead of waiting for DCS WWII to be released, that means any level that was supposed to receive a P-51D key will receive it as soon as we get this mess cleaned up (provided you havent already)

It's $60. That's what I pledged and it's the tier with 1 selectable reward - one of which was the P-51D as per description when I pledged. FW 190 was $90 IIRC

My 'understanding' was that the $60 tier would include a P-51 key as part of all flyables for WWII. The $65 was where you got an immediate (at the end of the kickstarter) P-51 key that was usable in DCS World.

That is how I understand it as well... anything earlier is for release with DCS WWII, not World.

But when I pledged via the DCS Website there was an option for $50 which included all flyables, $60 which was all flyables + one reward (including P-51D for DCS world after Kickstarter) and then $90 which included 2 rewards, among them the FW 190 for DCS World. And to be sure I can select my reward as I expected *shrug*

Yes, but the difference is whether you get it now, or when DCS WWII releases... it is confusing.

IIRC there wasn't even an option for $65 when I pledged so this would really suck for me and others that choose this level.

 

Edit: As I remeber it was $10, $20, $30, $40, $50, $60, $90 and then the higher tiers at the point of my pledge ...

You will still get the P-51 if that is what you picked, it just might not be right away. This is simple a fact finding mission right now to make sure I comprehend the rewards...

Well just to be clear - what I pledged for at the time was 5 flyables + 1reward, excluding FW 190 for DCS World. I just hope you guys can figure out this mess.

The P-51 for DCS World changed. It was $65 until the matrix when all "extras" both digital and physical were lumped together, it became $60.

 

The FW-190 is more clearly stated in the KS.

I think the best idea is to refer to the rewards matrix that was introduced during the Kickstarter. You find information on that on the Kickstarter DCS WWII main page under 'Rewards', you'll find when you scroll down long enough.

 

Luthier promised everyone to be able to choose their rewards according to the matrix, no matter what other rewards they had picked before. Hence the format on the DCS Backer page.

 

I believe this would still be the best way to go. By the way, there are some small discreptancies between the blue matrix and the actual matrix rewards. Luthier said he would always honor the higher one.

According to the blue matrix, at $60 you're eligible for 1 extra, digital or physical, as you prefer.

I don't want to keep pasting in a buch of stuff from the KS but if you read this part abouth the matrix it is clear the P-51 for DCSW is attainable for the $60 pledge.
