ED Team NineLine Posted June 9, 2014 ED Team Posted June 9, 2014 (edited) ***UPDATED*** After talking to Wags, he has decided ED will honour all P-51D keys right away instead of waiting for DCS WWII to be released, that means any level that was supposed to receive a P-51D key will receive it as soon as we get this mess cleaned up (provided you havent already) Edited June 9, 2014 by NineLine Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
Derbysieger Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 (edited) It's $60. That's what I pledged and it's the tier with 1 selectable reward - one of which was the P-51D as per description when I pledged. FW 190 was $90 IIRC Edited June 9, 2014 by Derbysieger CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D | Mobo: ASRock X870E Taichi Lite | RAM: 96GB DDR5-6000 CL30 | GPU: ASUS RTX5090 32GB ROG Astral | SSDs: 3xSamsung 990 Pro 4TB M.2 Peripherals: Warthog HOTAS | Virpil MongoosT-50CM3 Base | TrackIR 5 | MFG Crosswinds | 3xTM Cougar MFDs | HP Reverb G2
cichlidfan Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 My 'understanding' was that the $60 tier would include a P-51 key as part of all flyables for WWII. The $65 was where you got an immediate (at the end of the kickstarter) P-51 key that was usable in DCS World. Derbysieger Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Well the Process was kind of a mess. But when I pledged via the DCS Website there was an option for $50 which included all flyables, $60 which was all flyables + one reward (including P-51D for DCS world after Kickstarter) and then $90 which included 2 rewards, among them the FW 190 for DCS World. And to be sure I can select my reward as I expected *shrug* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D | Mobo: ASRock X870E Taichi Lite | RAM: 96GB DDR5-6000 CL30 | GPU: ASUS RTX5090 32GB ROG Astral | SSDs: 3xSamsung 990 Pro 4TB M.2 Peripherals: Warthog HOTAS | Virpil MongoosT-50CM3 Base | TrackIR 5 | MFG Crosswinds | 3xTM Cougar MFDs | HP Reverb G2

Derbysieger Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 (edited) IIRC there wasn't even an option for $65 when I pledged so this would really suck for me and others that choose this level. Edit: As I remeber it was $10, $20, $30, $40, $50, $60, $90 and then the higher tiers at the point of my pledge ... This is simple a fact finding mission right now to make sure I comprehend the rewards... Well just to be clear - what I pledged for at the time was 5 flyables + 1reward, excluding FW 190 for DCS World. I just hope you guys can figure out this mess. €dit: I don't care if I get it instantly or later, it didn't state WHEN I'd get my reward ;) CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D | Mobo: ASRock X870E Taichi Lite | RAM: 96GB DDR5-6000 CL30 | GPU: ASUS RTX5090 32GB ROG Astral | SSDs: 3xSamsung 990 Pro 4TB M.2 Peripherals: Warthog HOTAS | Virpil MongoosT-50CM3 Base | TrackIR 5 | MFG Crosswinds | 3xTM Cougar MFDs | HP Reverb G2

Derbysieger Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 When I pledged (via paypal) I was deciding between $60 (for additional DCSW P-51D) or $90 (for DCSW FW190), no option for $65 AFAIR. Paganus Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 The P-51 for DCS World changed. It was $65 until the matrix when all "extras" both digital and physical were lumped together, it became $60. The FW-190 is more clearly stated in the KS. SPECIAL: Copy of DCS World: FW.190D-9 (available Feb 2014). ONLY AVAILABLE WITH THE $80 PLEDGE OR HIGHER. A bit further down the page... Please note that the FW.190D-9 license for DCS World is only available for an $80 Matrix pledge or higher due to the fact that the product is not yet released.
ED Team NineLine Posted June 9, 2014 Author ED Team Posted June 9, 2014 Lines in Bold are the Backer Pledges that included P-51D Licenses upon KS Completion. Paganus Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Unless they bought in under the matrix in which case the P-51 for DCSWorld was attainable for $60.
Derbysieger Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 But by the wording, anyone 65 and MORE get the DCS P-51D right now. MACADEMIC Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 SiTH, I think the best idea is to refer to the rewards matrix that was introduced during the Kickstarter. You find information on that on the Kickstarter DCS WWII main page under 'Rewards', you'll find when you scroll down long enough. Luthier promised everyone to be able to choose their rewards according to the matrix, no matter what other rewards they had picked before. Hence the format on the DCS Backer page. I believe this would still be the best way to go. By the way, there are some small discreptancies between the blue matrix and the actual matrix rewards. Luthier said he would always honor the higher one. Good luck with sorting it all out. MAC

Paganus Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 I don't want to keep pasting in a buch of stuff from the KS but if you read this part abouth the matrix it is clear the P-51 for DCSW is attainable for the $60 pledge. Our rewards system has gone through several changes and expansions. Many of the older rewards are still available. However we highly recommend the new Matrix style reward tiers clearly marked as such in the reward descriptions. They allow you the biggest flexibility as to the type of reward you wish to receive. Just select your desired rewards in the matrix below, and select the appropriate pledge amount. The extra rewards are ANY combination of the items listed below: PHYSICAL EXTRAS Strategy Manual (available Sept 2014) Plane Manual - P-51 (available Dec 2013) Plane Manual - FW-190 (available Feb 2014) Plane Manual - Spitfire (available Sept 2014) Plane Manual - P-47 (available Sept 2014) Plane Manual - Bf.109 (available Sept 2014) Plane Manual - Me.262 (available Sept 2014) Project T-Shirt (available Dec 2013) Project Poster (no frame) (available Dec 2013) DIGITAL EXTRAS Alpha Access to DCS WWII (available Feb 2014) Copy of DCS World: P-51D Mustang (available Oct 2013) SPECIAL: Copy of DCS World: FW.190D-9 (available Feb 2014). ONLY AVAILABLE WITH THE $80 PLEDGE OR HIGHER. Any combination means exactly that! If you select a reward tier with 5 extras, you can make it five different items, or five copies of the same item, or three copies of one item and two of the other, or any other combination you can think of.
