Can't change prop pitch

When I takeoff I use the suggestion of 12 o clock position for prop pitch which works well for me. Problem is that after I have landed to do a repair I can't change it and it is stuck in 12.30 position. I can see the controls moving in the cockpit but nothing happens on the dial.

 

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

You must switch to manual prop pitch mode via the switch beneath the throttle quadrant.

It´s hard to see, but look closely.

Thanks, but I do that... I see the button moving as well but nothing happens. It works when I set it the first time for takeoff but not after I have done a landing + a repair.

Probably you got your electro-mechanical prop control system damaged?

Wouldn't that be repaired as well? I got a confirmation saying that repairs were completed. The only damage I know for sure I had was damaged RH flaps.

Everything should be repaired, if something isnt working after the repairs its most likely a bug.

Also the one time I did manage a flight with a landing I did a refuel and when I went to restart. I pumped the prime pump but the needle on the gauge never moved, I pulled the start and the engine did start anyway.

Prop pitch do not work, in random fly and after crash, and respawn wont work either.

Its huge bug, because even on auto from start, auto will not change the pitch therefore damaging the plane. I beg for fix.

Make sure your Prop pitch axis is not bind to anything. It is better to use a two way switch for this one, I use the TM HOTAS chinahat.

for me manual prop pitch is working fine, but i also noticed that after a repair, and a destroyed prop pitch system prior to that, the prop pitch stays non functional.

Its possible I am not doing enough damage but so far I am not able to reproduce, if some one has this happen, please include a track for me to look at.

^^for me it happened online...so currently i dont know which track it was anymore...also so far i noticed that only on a different airfield than where i took off from.so i was taking off in Mozdok, and as i got damaged i flew to Beslan as this was the closer base. i was repaired and re-armed/re-fueled fine, but the prop pitch was still stuck.

 

BUT:to all the guys who seem of the impression that the prop pitch is bugged...with the open beta version i first also had that impression, but in the end it turned out that something was double mapped..all the time after takeoff my prop pitch all of a sudden went back to manual.i think it was somehow connected with my landing gear up button or maybe with even one of the circuit breakers.(but not sure anymore)

I have checked my mapping and this isn't the problem. At least not for me. Buttons are moving as they should but pitch isn't changed. Or at least the dial isn't moving.

Is it possible you head a breaker off that you needed, I did notice it wont work without power ;) (ie did you plug it in?) :D
