Stratos Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Is there any way to see the part hidding behind the stick without having a TrackIR? I have lots of problems activating the switches there and I don't use a TrackIR. Thanks! I don't understand anything in russian except Davai Davai!
Dingo_Bob Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 I think CTRL / ALT and the numpad keys or hold 0 Numpad and press 1 to 9 for fixed views can't remember which, might get you a few angles that'll help see behind the stick [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Modules are like Pokemon you gotta catch 'em all :joystick::lol::pilotfly: AMD Ryzen7 3700x, G-Skills 32Gb RAM @ 3200Mhz, MSI GTX1080Ti, TM Warthog (20cm extension by Sahaj), MFG Crosswind Pedals, Oculus Rift, Track Ir5
GeorgeLKMT Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 You can move with your mouse, I think you need to hold middle button (wheel). And we need to refresh that "please make the stick togglable just like in many FSX planes" topic, because it's anoying. By the way, double scrollwheel click acts as switch between mouse clicking and mouse looking mode. ■ L-39C/ZA Czech cockpit mod ■ My DCS skins ■

313_Nevo Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 I started to use webcam with FaceTrackNoIR sw for moving my virtual head to the sides, up/down and fwd/aft. works great. yes, the toggable stick would be great ;)
ApathyCurve Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 The ability to turn off the stick visual remains at the very top of my wishlist for this module. Even with TrackIR the VSI is partially obscured during landing -- this is after the seat is raised automatically when the gear drops. And seeing the weapons settings panel remains a PITA, TrackIR or no.
Home Fries Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 The other thing I like to do with hard-to-see panels is use the numpad keys to get a good view, then save it as a SnapView. This way I can press the SnapView combination anytime I want to look at the panel. -Home Fries My DCS Files and Skins My DCS TARGET Profile for Cougar or Warthog and MFDs F-14B LANTIRN Guide
WildBillKelsoe Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Move your views and then hit ralt+numpad 0. Make sure in options the save snap views is checked.
