It was also stated that in a post that while its shown in the DCS A-10C, the actual final A-10C didn't have the pavepeny pod which is also marked in the left image at the bottom under the cockpit, but you cant see it int he right image as it was from the wrong side. Im not sure if this is fact, again just noting it as it was mentioned.

That is incorrect, the A-10C did carry the Pave Penny Pod, it wasn't until about 2 years ago we started removing them.

The easiest and really only "true" way to tell the difference between an A-10A and A-10C is on the nose of the aircraft C models had all the "scoops" removed so you can see the vents.

Thank you Snoopy, suddenly it became easy to separate the two

Are you talking about this photo ?

It looks the A-10A dude. that's the question, is it A, A+ or C? that's my doubt, how can we identify it?

Thats my whole point: it LOOKS like the A10A, regarding the missing antenna. The article however says something else...

This looks like the A-10C without the T-Shaped Antenna.

A-10A_Idaho_ANG_over_Sawtooth_Range_2009.jpg

I'm pretty sure that the A-10 in the photo, it's the C version, it doesn't have the T-Shaped Antenna, but some guys in thread said that only the C version has the T-Shaped Antenna, sorry but this is confusing.

and this A-10 in the image doesn't have the "scoops".

Not all C versions look the same when you are looking at old pictures. The C version is a collection of modifications that did not all occur at the same time but were added over a period of years. Also, most of the changes were not visible on the exterior of the aircraft.
