scottb613 Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 A hundred bucks - bargain - took a ride in a helo over the Grand Canyon in the 90's - was way more than that... A small single engine plane burns about $60 an hour - a helo must burn far more than that - yep - bargain to me... Enjoy the flight... Regards, Scott

BBQ Posted August 24, 2015 Author Posted August 24, 2015 Major bummer. The guy has a Huey and a Bell 47 (Helo from M.A.S.H.) -- and decided at last minute to use the Bell 47. There's always next year I guess. Really disappointed!

Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
