That video has no "official" streams, only "sponsored" stream by a Russian virtual squadron (ClanOfAces). I always use Google to do searches. If I can't play a YouTube video on my Firefox browser, I go to Chrome, then to YouTube to play the video. I find Google more useful doing topic searches than using the DCS Forums' search utility for forums related inquiries. And I will go many pages back into doing a search result, not just the front page. Ditto looking for YouTube videos by subject. Though, when Google first came out it was better at finding stuff; they throttled it back some, Google does not go so deep as before. As to translating a non-English text, there are many PC based translators to choose from. I use Google Translate using the Chrome browser. I am not aware of a way to translate a non-English voice-over, but I bet it can be done by somebody, especially like the USA CIA or NSA, but they would just use a person that speaks the language.
