Mithrandir Posted September 30, 2015 Posted September 30, 2015 So my problem is this: My throttle stopped working. It doesn´t respond, it´s not even listed in the windows controls, it is not recognized at all. Has anybody here an idea what to do? I quickly found similar problems on this forum and the net as a whole, but apparently nobody really came up with a solution. I never had problems with it until now.

Mithrandir Posted October 1, 2015 Author Posted October 1, 2015 Thanks guys for your responses. Ok, so I did contact thrustmaster, they haven´t responded yet. However, when i started my computer today the green lights were on. I looked up in the windows controls, in DCS, in BMS: It´s working now. I have absolutely no idea why, as I haven´t changed the system at all. Weird. :pilotfly: Of course I did also reboot yesterday several times.... Whatever.
Phantom453 Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 You're not using your HOTAS through a powered USB hub by any chance? I was because of the set up/ location of my computer, and even with only a couple of devices connected the TM throttle would just slowly drop out occasionally.
dburne Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 Also you need to go in and disable any sleep options for your usb devices related to the Warthog. If you run a TARGET script, be aware this puts a new USB device ID in, run the profile and then go in and disable sleep options for the new device, just one time is all that is necessary. I had some throttle dropout issues at one time, doing this seemed to solve it for me so far. Mithrandir Posted October 1, 2015 Author Posted October 1, 2015 No, I do not use a USB Hub and the USB works fine. And no, I dont use a target script either. Again, thank you for the respones. As it seems, it´s still working now... prefectly fine.
