I can be really slow sometimes so bear with me...Ive been looking through posts and it isn't totally clear to me...is the C-101 supposed to be functional in 1.5 right now? If so, it is not for me. Its not even available to select on the missions page, yet it shows that its installed at the bottom of the main page and in DCS mods folder. Ive uninstalled, Ive reinstalled, but no luck. I found that I can get it to load in a quick mission and it will take off, but nothing functions, flaps, gear, lights, control surfaces etc...please tell me its not working and we are waiting for an update.

Thanks

You have probably installed the beta version for the first time, so all keybindings are lost. Have you tried to configure it again? As for the missions, there are none because it does not come with any. It was a user somewhere on this forum who provided training missions.

Everything should work without problems in open beta. There are default inputs for flaps, gear, controls etc. There are also quick start missions and a startup training mission.

I suggest you make a repair of your installation, if that doesn't work, delete c101 folder from mods and coremods folders and download the module again.

Thank you for confirming that it should be working. I just deleted it from mods and coremods, which I hadnt tried before, but now the C-101 is neither showing as installed or available to install in the mod mgr? Its gone. Im not familiar with a repair, but I will research how to do that. I hesitate to try it, as everything else is working pretty well aside from the C-101. I will report back if I find a resolution.

Thanks...told you I was slow. Did the repair, got the C-101 back, however the plane is still not available from the mission page, there is no C-101 icon to select. I created a mission in mission editor, remapped my keys and joystick and found that it works if I fly from the mission editor. So it indeed works, but it would be nice if it was available to select the aircraft from the mission page. Maybe a glitch that will be fixed eventually. Good to have the plane back and functioning.

There are no missions available for the c-101(yet), only quickstart and training missions. That's why there's no icon in the missions tab.

Ok...that explains it. When missions are available the icon will be there. Until then we can fly missions from the mission editor.

Thanks

My C-101 refuse to startup. Help. :(

I follow startup procedure on video and guide but engine go up and go down.

Did you switch on the transfer pumps, the submerged pump and the fuel valve?

There's a startup mission that will guide you through the whole procedure.

Single player missions section ready, hopefully for next patch.

Meanwhile you can use quickstart missions or create your own missions with the Mission Editor.

C-101 start as a slide show .. unplayable !

Yes same here. I got about 1 FPS in in all views. Same for my buddy. The other aircrafts work perfectly in 1.5.
