No in-cockpit sound while flying the L-39C with no gun sight selected in options.

Audio sliders all 100% except Music (75%).

No other problems with aircraft sound or general sound in Sim.

I have sometimes no cockpit sound, too. Restarting the flight in most cases resolves the problem for me.

Yes, it is just buggy it seems. I went back turned the gunsight back on and had sound, again turned gunsight off , reran mission and sound was still going internally that time.

........ you just never know if your going to have cockpit sound or not. Roll of the dice.

Just had a flight with the L-39 that had normal sound in the front seat but nothing except an extremely muted stall horn when I switched to the rear. Outside sounds were working normally.

Yep sound is really buggy at the moment (in 2.0 ALpha). Sometimes I get sound in seat 1, but no sound in seat 2. (That's most common)

Sometimes no external sound, sometimes only external sounds....Very strange and buggy. Hopefully the bug is noted.

I noticed it too. Yesterday was flying with a friend in the - 39. We both experienced a complete lack of sound in cockpit. Not simultaneously though. We did have headphone sound selected.

Same primarily.. resolve, restart DCS,remember DCSW 2.0 is Alpha..

Understand it's Alpha but the reason for releasing as such is to find and report bugs. No sound or buggy sound certainly qualifies, don't you agree?

This is not a solution. It's a workaround. (That doesn't always work). Also the Alpha was released to the public so that bugs can be reported and (hopefully) fixed.

No sound here either. Running in ME, spawned in an already running plane. Outside sound yes, inside no. When I opened the canopy I could hear a muted very annoying continuous whistling, no other sound.
