Voodooflies Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Sector Search in PID seems odd. Once you've locked the target, radar starts scanning opposite side of target and lock breaks. I reported this months ago, but RAZBAM seems to be aware of that issue regarding PID. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

I think it's not correct, but maybe I did a mistake somewhere.# standing on the southern ramp at Kobuleti AFB, alignment finished (class 1) and radar warmed up using the default bullseye for team blue (from my position about 18NM, bearing 326°) cursor centered with 20NM display (so 10NM off my nose) The bullseye data in the lower right corner showed 360/290. That would mean, that my cursor was 360NM off the bullseye. I must finish some INS part before working on the bullseye/TDC relationship. No, PID should not be any different to normal search. They'll see you as a 'spike' on their RWR but not get a lock warning. The first post of this thread does list NCTR as an upcoming feature still to be implemented, so I guess so. Don't know any details about it though or its limitations.

At least that's how I know it from the F-16 in Falcon BMS and I guess it would be similar here. But that's just guessing.
