Well unless that harrier could travel underwater, fire Mk 8 torpedoes and was named "HMS Conqueror" I doubt it was involved in the sinking of the belgrano.

:-) Though I feel vaguely uncomfortable smiling about anything related to the Belgrano. Having said that, although I used to think it was an unnecessary sinking, a documentary I watched last year pointed out just how vulnerable the UK task force was. Sinking the Belgrano might have been a horrible act of war (assuming there's any other kind!) but it seemed to persuade the rest of the Argentine fleet to stay at home, which was vital to the task force's success.

Anyway, back to this harrier...

PS No engine, sadly.

£65,512.34 for a Harrier gate guardian - just a bit too expensive for me.

As a matter of interest (a question for the devs here), what is the approximate cost of implementing each additional flyable aircraft in Lock On? Thinking more about fixed-wing here as I'm sure that the time and effort required for the Ka-50 will make that a massive undertaking.

This aircraft has been fully decommissioned and comes without engines and weaponry and is therefore for display purposes only.

:P Maybe I can fit it in my living room for display purposes:lol:

If it would still have its engines and weaponry, the buyer could set up a more decent fleet defense than the Uk will be able to in the next couple of years ;)

Maybe they should try to buy it back!
