Anyone want to practice F-15c dog fights in FC3?

 

I live in Kansas City, Missiouri, USA so I would be nice if we could fly in my time zone.

 

I am looking for someone that can fly the weekday evenings.

Hey man, I'm in the UK so I'm 5 hours in front of you but I often am available late weekday evenings (my time) around 2200 for a few hours. Would def be up for some ACM practice, get bored of AI merges lol!

I can fly in either platform.

 

I'm new to flight sims so we would have to figure out how to use Team Speak and how to set up the server. I fly now with Home Fries and his crew twice a week but I mostly fly Su25t with them.

I flew against 3 MIG 29s tonight, guns for them, AIM 7s/guns for me.

 

I get to ambush them on their six, I can get two then I have to deal with the third one who gets on my six while all the action is going on.

 

Tonight, it was about 10 minutes of "making myself hard to hit" before he made a mistake and I got him.

 

I don't know what the computer fighter will do to get me but on the replay he was doing everything he could to get me.

 

Anyway, if anyone wants to fight, let's do it.

Such a complex approach Sweeps!

 

Here's what I do

 

1) Look at the bad guy and visualize the moment when his plane explodes into pieces.

 

2) His plane explodes into pieces.

 

3) Enjoy the explosion (positive affirmation, most important step!)

 

Things don't have to be complicated... :)

Best thing to do is join a squad, declare yourself a rookie and seek instruction there. There is alot more to the art of modern day dogfighting than just turning.

There is alot more to the art of modern day dogfighting than just turning.

 

Again, I am not asking for someone to teach me, I just want to practice dogfighting (guns only) with someone who is real, not AI.

Head over to 104th TeamSpeak, Stuge often runs dogfighting evenings with a few friends, they are all worthy opponents and Stuge himself is a nightmare to dance with....it's all in a great ambiance and you'll gain valuable experience.
