Yes, in current stable release of 1.5 there is a bug with AI on / off trigger - unfortunately this one is out of my hands and we have to wait for the next update when it is fixed. Or you can revert to the previous stable version, see this link for more details.

My understanding is that there's a bug. It should have been solved last week. Is like this?

Last week there was no update and it is possible that there won't be one this week too... we need to wait for update to have the bug fixed, no way around that :(

Glad I'm not the only one.

I wiped out the entire infantry with surgical gunfire in hopes to get a response.

Nothing. Oh well.

Up to this point the campaign is very neat :)

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with mission #12 "one for all, all for one." It's probably the same bug, when I communicate with "anvil" to tell them to advance after I bomb the bunker, they will not respond. I am using FM 35 and my comms throughout the rest of the mission are fine. Does this sound like the same bug or am I doing something wrong?

  • Fixed client Fw 190 explosion when spawning in shelter
  • Fix of late activated ground units that did not start after activation
  • Conflict of cockpit skins of A-10C and F-86 fixed
  • TF-51D. DE QS missions added
  • L-39ZA manual. Corrected the weapon status panel description

 

This didn't fix the Campaign Start stop problems?

lol, just realized that was the current release, not an update. I ran the wrong ver of DCS on my pc that runs the updater cause I rolled back my ver to play it.

First update introduced a bug for late activation units - which broke some of the missions. It was fixed in the following one, which in turn introduced the one with AI on / off trigger. :)

What kind of TrackIr issues and is it when using the default or any profile?

 

Having the same TrackIR issues in 1.5.4 OpenBeta. AFAICT it's related to the new VR options. Apparently, disabling VR *and* disabling mouse for VR fixes most of the TrackIR problems, but at least in the UH-1H my TrackIR yaw axis is still pretty weird. Didn't test the other modules yet. My TrackIR profile is the same for 1.5.3 and 1.5.4, so I'm pretty sure it's a problem within DCS that ED need to fix.

Just checked the mission in 1.5.4 Open Beta, everything went and worked well. Axeman does not reply here, Overlord is in contact with him and is relaying his messages on 33FM. Are you sure you tried it in Open Beta? Because in release version it won't work - AI ON / OFF bug.
