Now this may not apply to everyone but the update appears to fix the lack of TIR zoom in the Gazelle and slanted side views from the Mirage.......but....and I have tested the Huey, F86 and A10C..... and all thus far have odd initial cockpit views. The previous solution linked to trackIR resolves the issues encountered. Still some way to go to get this right but i guess the right steps are being made.

I believe TrackIR is now using the same head Movement as VR, instead of View/Numpad axes like it was before.

"over the shoulder" fix for track IR is not included to this update , but fixed already in internal version ( together with combined arms TIR and VR sight camera ) .

Overall using of Track IR is fixed - slanted view bug , mouse interraction etc.

Same here, only tested the A-10C so far but the current view point now feels weird. Head movement is different too. I liked the previous setup a lot more.

Also, when doing a refly, TIR stops working or acts very weird if i can get it activated again. Same happens to the HOTAS controls.

There is definatly something broken with the new update regarding trackir and other controls (compared to the previous version or DCS 2.0 alpha).

+ TrackIR now also works with external views (but not good). Something is screwed. I don't get that bugs like these get through initial testing and even end up in a beta version.

I have the same problem now with the A-10, L-39 and other modules.

For example, in the A-10 I can't turn my head and see the engines, there is a limit to how much you can turn you head and it also tracks differently than before. It feels weird.

Same here. In the Su-27 the centre position seems to be rotated about 20 degrees upwards which makes centring awkward. Nice to see the tilted rotation fixed though.

Actually, i've noticed the 20 degrees upwards default center for most, if not all aircraft in DCS... is this a bug or the new center position? any way to go back to the original? :)
