aceviper Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 DCS ver 2.05 Hi all Anyone else experiencing strange behaviour on the ground? In the "cold start" instant action mission after starting and trying to taxi the plane veers in the opposite direction even though the nosewheel is fully to the other side??:music_whistling:
kontiuka Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 Yes, I've noticed this at McCarren. Maybe has something to do with the tarmac being sloped but it seems to be a new problem.
Greyman Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 Could it be that one of the toe brakes needs to be inverted in the axis settings? If a brake is on, that might pull the plane to one side.

Vibora Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 This is due to the ground slope. It's the same for any SFM aircraft. There's nothing we can do about it. ED is aware and should take care of it, if there's some possible solution. Roberto "Vibora" Seoane Alas Rojas [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Livers Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 I've seen it, and it's a new problem for me. It's so bad, I clipped the guy in olive drab and got stuck. What's he made of, concrete?
razo+r Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 it's an ai unit, they are made out of everything-ressitant same goes for if you drive a humvee with 120km/h into a soldier, you get stopped instntly
Neon67 Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 now I understand why they say US marines are the toughest, strongest soldiers of the world
Johnny Dioxin Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 You obviously haven't flown the Ka-50 "Courier" mission, then? This is how it starts (it's dark, so the video is not that clear - best viewed in full screen) the camera follows an infantryman, running across the pan: Rig: Asus TUF GAMING B650-PLUS; Ryzen 7800X3D ; 64GB DDR5 5600; RTX 4080; VPC T50 CM2 HOTAS; Pimax Crystal Light I'm learning to fly - but I ain't got wings With my head in VR - it's the next best thing!
