jcbak
Is the weapons hints toggle still available? It is still listed in the control options. I have Autopilot availability checked on the special options menu. When I use LCNTRL+LSHFT+H...nothing happens. The crew toggle is working....LW+H. Fakum
If this is not the correct thread to ask this question, and you know which thread would be more appropriate, would you kindly provide a link? Otherwise, I am trying to solve a problem, and that is, I dont want to keep having to bring up the kneeboard to see the AutoPilot status. in the past, I have had this info exported to Helios (see attached photo of Helios, the RED circled area is where this info would display) I was able to move it there via editing the “Hints_Page.lua”, but the Hints subfolder no longer exists that I know of. Is there a method in which I can break this info out of the Kneeboard and position it where I want on the screen? Thanks for any help. Fakum
No replies,,, thats not good! Does this mean its the end for viewing the Hints for Autopilot status? I will never be able to export that info to anywhere? Windows 10 Pro - 64 Bit / ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming / AMD 7800X3D / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 64GB DDR5 6000 Ram / SSD M.2 SK hynix Platinum P41 2TB / MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM Liquid X 24G / SteelSeries Arctis 7 Headset /LG-Ultragear 38" IPS LED Ultrawide HD Monitor (3840 x 1600) / Track IR4 / Thrustmaster TPR Pendular Rudder Pedals / Virpil HOTAS VPC Constellation ALPHA-R & VPC MongoosT-50CM3 Throttle
Fakum
So, have you guys settled for having to bring up the Map just to see the status of Autopilot modes or is there something else out there I'm not aware of? Fakum
Alrighty then, guess this is a dead subject. Everyone apparently has to bring up their kneeboard to check the status of their Autopilot,,,,nice! Robert31178
Or..... Just leave them. If you don't want to look at them leave them off, or turn them off, whichever way BST decides to go with, but leaving the option is nice for those who do use it!! Fakum
What do you mean, just leave them? I am trying to figure out a way to VIEW them other than having to bring up the kneeboard. Why would I turn them OFF? Chic
What do you mean, just leave them? I am trying to figure out a way to VIEW them other than having to bring up the kneeboard. Why would I turn them OFF? There is a mod that puts the ROE status on a notepad resting on the cockpit pedestal. Wonder if AP status could be similarly rendered. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=181260&highlight=immersive Edited May 18, 2017 by Chic A Co, 229th AHB, 1st Cav Div ASUS Prime Z370-A MB, Intel Core i7 8700K 5.0GHz OC'd, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB OC'd, 32GB DDR4, 1TB SSD, Windows 10 (64-bit) Samsung 65" 4K Curved Display (Oculus Rift occaisionally), Track IR5, VoiceAttack, Baur's BRD-N Cyclic base/Virpil T-50CM Grip, UH-1h Collective by Microhelis & OE-XAM Pedals. Robert31178
They are just on for me, I just assumed it was default for them to show. I do know if you are using VR they don't show up no matter what you do. Chich's mod suggestion is a nice one for those not wanting to look at the display. I'm sure you may know this, but just in case, the weapons stuff is no longer displayable in any fashion, only the copilot and door gunners % ammo left and ROE status. Sorry I'm not much more of a help!! ~S
Fakum
I am already exporting ROE without issue, I am wondering same as you, if we can render the AP status,,, Windows 10 Pro - 64 Bit / ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming / AMD 7800X3D / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 64GB DDR5 6000 Ram / SSD M.2 SK hynix Platinum P41 2TB / MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM Liquid X 24G / SteelSeries Arctis 7 Headset /LG-Ultragear 38" IPS LED Ultrawide HD Monitor (3840 x 1600) / Track IR4 / Thrustmaster TPR Pendular Rudder Pedals / Virpil HOTAS VPC Constellation ALPHA-R & VPC MongoosT-50CM3 Throttle
