marcelbrabson Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 (edited) Does anyone have the Delan Clip? I really need some help with mime. I can't get it to work and I've emailed the company twice for support and have yet to hear back from them. I keep getting this message on the screen. "For commercial use only". Please advise. ricktoberfest Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 What software are you using it with? Facetracknoir or another? If ftnoir, then I believe you have to buy the software to use point tracking (it’s only a couple dollars) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
DayGlow Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Yes, it wouldn't be the clip. There is no software or drivers for it. Andrei Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 I have that one. The clip itself is only a metal structure with IR LED lights. I purchased it with the PS3 Eye camera, however. Works very well, the software to use with it is OpenTrack. It's reasonably easy to configure, though it will take maybe an hour or so to tweak it to your liking. SinusoidDelta Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Are the LED’s working? Can you describe the problem you’re having in more detail?
VZ_342 Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Use OpenTrack software. FTNoIR's software uses "For Commercial Use Only" (which you can ignore), and in my experience is very glitchy. OT is a lot better, imho. For the clip itself, check EBay. All it is is three IR LEDs and a brace which mounts the LEDs to the side of your head/headphones.
Thick8 Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Do you have an ir camera? A modified ps3 camera is great for tracking because it is a high FPS camera. Mars Exulte Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 I use it. As others have said, it only a piece of metal with three leds. Plug it into a USB port. If all three lights glow red, it is working. There is nothing else to it. If you are having a problem actually USING it, then find a walkthrough for set up on Youtube, of which there are many. You will have to have either a homemade IR camera or a TrackIR camera. Де вороги, знайдуться козаки їх перемогти. 5800x3d * 3090 * 64gb * Reverb G2
