Alpenwolf Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 In the triggers list under "Conditions" there is a condition that says "Player's Unit Argument In Range". Any idea what that is and how it works? baltic_dragon Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Usually the range of the argument will be between 0 and 1 or -1 and 1 in increments of 0.5, depending on the type (switch, knob, etc). You can find that info in one of the lua files under Cockpit folder (clickable something, can’t remember now); but getting to what argument works for which switch position - that is something you normally learn wih trials and errors :) For more information, please visit my website. moespeeds Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Any update on this? I'm trying to figure out how to trigger an action when the IR cool switch is flipped in the AV8 cockpit. I understand the premise, but how do I know what range to set for this 2 position switch? Moe "Moespeeds" Colontonio vVMA 231 http://www.vvma-231.com/ Looking for a serious US based Harrier Squadron? Rudel_chw Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Any update on this? This is a subject that no one will update, you need to research it in more depth than a single question would allow. ... to point you on the right direction, here is the result of a similar research that another user did on the UH-1: https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ai6cuX3YQI26g_8WgdPFqZ6WnhCn-Q I know that you are interested in other aircraft, but the concept is the same.
