JG-1 would like to register as an attack element in the Wings 2018 event.

Due to the amount of signups, each squadron will be limited to 4 pilots each. Priority have been given to squads with a history of showing up and to fit the tactical situation... Also note, ping limit for the event is set to 260 ms.

I will grant access to each pilot and it's advised that all pilots join to take part of the planning and intel material. I also suggest that each side nominates an airboss to lead the planning. This person can fly if he or she want to. GCI is NOT included in the 24 and 1 GCI may be chosen by each side.

Remember! Each side gets 24 aircraft and chooses models themselves. You are bound by the upper limit of 18 fighters. This means you can trade fighters for bombers if needed (not during the event). If one squad fail to show up or only have a partial roster, the other squads are allowed to fill those slots.

 

Clarification, by fighters I mean the following aircraft; F-15C, Su-27, Su-33, MiG-29, M2K, J-11A, F/A-18C.

it has been decided to raise the ping limit to 260 ms. Hope this helps some pilots to participate.

RULES

- A wing will consist of 24 aircraft, 1 GCI (LotATC Only), and 1 airboss. Each side is limited to a maximum of 18 fighter aircraft.

- The event will last 3 hours.

- One life per pilot per event.

- Teams will be determined after sign up closure.

- You can take off and land as many times as needed.

- Refueling and rearming are allowed.

- All aircraft are available for both side.

- SRS is required during the event.

- At least one pilot from the winning team must return to base in order to the win the event.

- Win conditions consist of the following.

- All enemy aircraft are destroyed.

- Team with the most targets destroyed at the end of time.

- You cannot change aircraft in the middle of the event. If you start with an F-15 you must end with the F-15.

- A ping limit of 250 will be strictly enforced.

 

I notice rearm and refuel is specifically noted but for peace of mind, is "repair" not allowed?

Yes, only Shadow_KT has answered our request but he doesn't have LotATC.

We will be discussing a reschedule date and will let everyone know when it will be. Expect it to be a month or 2 out so that we can ensure that people have time to schedule and get time to fly.

Hope so maybe the netcode will be better by then? Doubt it :) As mentioned i think a test would be good also maybe get a game master slot so ED team can sit and watch what happens run it on there server so they can get data? Warping and dysnc is a joke, Just a thought.

Why should ED do this? I don't think they give much about MP;) :protest:
