Interest in Mi-24?

Would anybody in the community be interested in creating an Mi-24 mod that is independent like the MB339 or the A-4E? :helpsmilie:

 

I have no coding experience and would mostly do the 3D modelling and texture work. :book:

They do much better things than mods.

It's already in progress as a full module.

If you're going to create a mod, there's plenty of other interesting ones not already planned.

[EDIT] If the community has an alternative helicopter to suggest, please post rather than just say the mi-24 is already being done.

We're just saying nobody is going to be seriously interested in spending hundreds of hours of coding time (which is always more difficult and time consuming than 3D and texture work) on an aircraft that will become available in higher-fidelity payware form anyway.

 

And trust me, it would take you similar amount of time to do it compared to Belsimtek (look at other 1-2 year+ community mods which are still in development - A-4, Tu-22, A-1D...)

What about a Mi-2, or a H-13 Sioux? Maybe a Robinson?

As an advice, keep it simple at first. A H-13 Sioux, SA.315 Lama or a Cabri G2 are nice choices for example.
