Shack Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 I'd like to see an F-35 Lightning on the horizon. Intel i9 14900K @5.5 MHz, 64GB DDR 5 RAM at 6000 MHz, RTX4090, Pimax Crystal HMD, HOTAS: Winwing F16EX / Orion 2 Throttle base / Top Gun MIP / F-16 ICP setup. Genetrix JetSeat on a DOF Reality P6, 6 axis Motion Platform
corvinus Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 I suggest going to an airshow, that's your best bet!

Moafuleum Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 Because it's probably easier to list the systems that are not classified than those that are. Furthermore: it is not even fully developed IRL, how should a sim finish first? Maybe in 30 Years
moco Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 Maybe one day we'll get a FC3/MAC module of it, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it if I were you. A Eurofighter or Rafale seem more plausible, but even then I don't think we'd see either of those anytime soon either
Svsmokey Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 ED could get all the F35 info from the Chinese :) 9700k @ stock , Aorus Pro Z390 wifi , 32gb 3200 mhz CL16 , 1tb EVO 970 , MSI RX 6800XT Gaming X TRIO , Seasonic Prime 850w Gold , Coolermaster H500m , Noctua NH-D15S , CH Pro throttle and T50CM2/WarBrD base on Foxxmounts , CH pedals , Reverb G2v2

Svsmokey Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 If that was their ethic the Hornet would have been done years ago. Paveway101 Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 We will never see a fifth-generation aircraft within the next 30 years and possibly in our lifetime. Don't get me wrong. Who wouldn't want supercruise, stealth, and sensor-fusion that our minds couldn't handle? Fifth-generation jets were only recently put into service (2005 for the F-22). There is a great deal of information about these jets that you can't find publicly. You can't even see all of what they are capable of at airshows! The national security of any country is more important than civilian consumers around the world. I would totally settle for a FC style version of any fifth-generation aircraft, but don't expect one anytime soon. .............but if you do want a free fifth-generation aircraft for DCS check out Cubanace's PAK FA (now Su-57). It's a pretty neat project, granted it is very far from being finished but it has some really cool weapons and features.
