Sphereo Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Greetings, Saw a thread over on Hoggit which stated that we can't jump to the RIO seat in MP as a single pilot with no player RIO. Wondering if this is accurate or not? If not, will this ever be implemented in the future? Thanks for your time, :thumbup:

Ignition Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 It would be nice to have the option to change seats between pilot-rio even if its another player occupying the slot, so you and your friend could change jobs midplay for whatever reason.

It would make the module even more fun to play. Its not often you play with a human RIO. SO to just be able to train that in multiplayer would be awsome. Hope they change that someday!
Naquaii Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 This is currently not possible and not something Heatblur can fix. It's simply not possible to switch seats in a multicrew aircraft in multiplayer in DCS.

As Naquaii has said: It's a technical limitation of the DCS engine and how multiplayer has been integrated in it.
