RWR Filters?

Sorry for the noob question but can't seem to find this in various threads/tutorials. Is it possible to filter the RWR (EW page) to only show airborne threats and hide all SAMs? Super annoying having overlapping symbols when some maps have a lot of SAM clutter.

There will be a way to add a filter like other jets to filter for friend, SAM, AAA and AI but this is not yet implemented to my knowledge

iirc its the little barely noticable rotating knob below the rwr buttons and its not currently implemented

There is. I don't recall if it is implemented but the specific mode appears in the middle of the RWR. Not sure which button cycles it.

You'll maybe find the Offset (2nd button from left) and the Limit (2nd button from right) on the ALE 47 control panel helpful.

 

Offset spreads the displayed contacts and avoids overlapping.

Limit shows only the highest few threats.

 

I always use both the these functions, no point in having a million rwr returns, most important are the most threatening. ;)
