I put your labels.lua in my SavedGame\DCS.OpenBeta\config directory, and did not see any change...Maybe you should use the "ingame" neutral dot option, there is no more need to change this file.

Hi the file should be located in InstallDir DCS World\Config\View

I did a check and can not reproduce, either with or without SIMPLEX shader mod...

So can you ensure that

1. you did uninstall totally the former version of the mod (especially shaderFixes directory and d3dx.ini). Sometimes tools like OvGMe may left some files if multiple installs are stacked.
2. You are no more using other shader mod than SIMPLEX
3. You are using the v13.1 version as it is, without mixing anything

If you still have the problem, post a track and your graphics settings.

Correct. Prior to installing 13.1 (via OvGME) I had run your uninstaller .bat and did a DCS repair install. Only enabled simplex 2.2 and 13.1, in that order.

Doing another now... will report back.

Really no big deal as my system can push 4x MSAA, just thought it odd.

Thanks, I reproduced it, it's linked to color settings that trigger a shader cache which has the bug. If you trigger off the color change it will work.

Another option is to suppress 4b86b67cd2586a22*.bin files. They will be generated again without the bug.

I'll fix it ASAP.

Hey, I just want a fix for the Cluster Bomb issue without adding tons of other mod fixes and stuff into the files. Is there away to just fix that issue without having to add a bunch of other stuff in as well? is there a separate download to just fix that?

No. All options can be disabled and are disabled by default. So with default settings you will lost ~ 1 fps but I will win a lot of time by maintaining only one version. You are free to do it yourself, things are written in clear in d3dx.ini.

How would one go about doing it without installing the mod?  - ive tried installing but it doesnt seem compatible with the VR mods im using, i followed the instructions and did everything correctly. But when i launch a game with it installed my fps is 90% lower than before.

That's strange ! You should  loose about 5 fps, depending of option triggered (and maybe the shadow size if flat shadow soften is setup)

Did you do the troubleshooting guide ? Can you try to install the 3dmigoto mod on a clean DCS version and check which mod is breaking it, by installing them one by one ? 3dmigoto is stand alone, so you won't break it by installing other mods...

Thanks to @Sl1ck , who provided me the two joined tracks, I identified some new shaders that are saturating GPU.

I included the fix in the d3dx.ini below, can some of you try it and report for any side effects ?

To test, just replace the d3dx.ini in the game installation (where dcs.exe is) by the one joined here.

I'll add the fix in the next mod release (I want to add also a control for NVG grain).

I can't seem to save the changes in with alt + f12. I'm also not able to edit and save other settingss file like the ones in vr perfkit from fHolger when it is in the dcs/bin folder. I have to copy the file to desktop, make the changes and then copy it back in. (i've tried to change status on the folder and I constantly get asked for administrator confirmation while doing this. Might this have anything to do with it?

hell, that's windows behaviour, you are not supposed to modify things in program files. You can try to launch DCS as administrator, it should allow you to save settings.

at a guess you have installed DCS in C:\program files or similar, move it elsewhere

Yea, thanks for the tip! I didn’t think about doing that. Doing it now.

Windows by default protects applications from writing to the program files directory… I always install anything I want to mod to x:\Games to avoid that kind of issue.

It may be some mod I have been using, but in the latest OB and the 13.1 version, I cannot use LSHIFT+F7 to show the config menu no more. So I am unsure if this works anymore.

So I did a clean&repair, and install the 3DMiGoto first, the menu showed okay, then I install the rest of the mods and lastly the "DCS VR Shaders mod for 2.7.9.17830",  the menu showed up no more.

I did not install OpenVR_FSR or ReShade. I guess I have do another clearn&repair then find out why by elimination.

Any help is very much appreciated.
