No change means not the default shaders used for global illumination. Two potential reasons : You select a graphic option not compatible with the mod, or you had a mod that change shaders. Please ensure to be compliant with settings shown in first post (in red)  and do the troubleshooting guide of the first post. If all things have be done, post a track with the Su25T for which you can reproduce issue, your option.lua and the d3dx_user.ini file, so I can reproduce.

After hours of all tasks troubleshooting tips and tricks and repairs from DCS I just deleted and reinstalled DCS.

3DMigoto works for me now too

Yes. Unfortuntally, it's too complex to setup good menu options regarding the game settings. It would make things clearer...

Tested today with Su-25, Color saturation work not correct, sun is poisoned yellow color. In any mission as well in multiplayer.

I updated first post 2023/03/19 for stable 2.8.1.34667.2 and OB  2.8.3.37854.1 and OB  2.8.3.37556 => version 21.2

  • Compatibility with  2.8.3.37556, new fix for reflexion bazed on shader identified by Taz1004, new pakage to disable Mi24 and shadow fixes and enable reflection. Working with MT, fix issue with color changes for MT and restore shadow disabling.

You can't with the mod menu. Only global changes (on all components) are available. It sould take too many variables and too much work to build menus.

Once again your efforts are to all our benefit, thankyou again. DCS still can’t get colours right in VR, with your mod we have options. I’ve noticed Reshade no longer works in VR with the MT beta. But your mod is working great.

Thanks, I understand. So I guess there is no 'easy' way to do it by hand for external colours, like adjusting values in a handful of files?

Not yet, but I could have a look. In thé beginning of the mod things were done in this way...

Just use open XR toolkit for that?

I would (and previously did), but it's currently not compatible with the new DFR for the Varjo Aero, which I clearly prefer. However, as I learned today a fix may be coming soon... 😉

Just wanted to report that v 21.1 is still working with DCS Ver. MT preview (I just checked in 2D).

For some reason, it does not work on the Syria Map (Caucasus yes). I will investigate the other maps I have.

FLAT Shadows functioning.

This is my own observation on whatever available "cold start" mission I have for the maps I own. Not conclusive but hopefully gives some insight on what is working and what is not. 

DCS Settings in picture.

Caucasus:..... OK
Marianas:..... NO
Nevada:....... Somewhat. Trees shadows always present. Buildings shadows get taken away correctly, but include some OBJ shadows. Objects deletes aircraft shadows but not other objects (light poles, parked cars etc.)
Normandy:..... Somewhat. As Nevada but object shadows seem to be suppressed more consistently. 
Syria:........ NO
Persian Gulf:. Somewhat. Only Trees/objects shadows are suppressed. Does not take away buildings' shadows, "buildings" takes away SOME objects shadows. Objects seems to be working.

I made them for all versions of the mod, so by default they will be put in bin and bin\3dmigoto. But if you install them manually just put them in the same place than the version you are using...

Hello, I'm experiencing 3dmigoto errors using DCS multithreaded version.
I can't sort it out and it lowers the FPS to about 20.

I find hundreds of the following lines in the log :
  failed result = 80004002 for 000000BE3A9FF238
  failed result = 80004002 for 000000BE3A9FF238

I use the mod and the MT without any issue. Did you check your graphic options ? Can you post a track with the su25T showing your problem ?

After investigation, it's not related to 3Dmigoto but rather an issue with shared graphics memory management by the MT version
