DD_Fenrir
...certainly leads to some interesting dogfights with WW2 aircraft! Was lining up a 109 in my Spitty when suddenly my machine lurched into an uncommanded 60 degree bank! I like!

Shahdoh
Yep, its working, and also, at least on my system, pretty CPU intensive. My FPS dropped significantly when in the effect.
Bender_39
Having the Same issue here. In the blue nose Bastards campaign while escorting the Bomber formations the frames drop to single Digits. The option with reducing units doesn't help, the only way to get back to normal frames is to turn of the wake effect. I think its just the amount of units, because in a Single dogfight the effect ist working pretty good. But it would be great to have big formations and the effect working smooth. Anyways thanks for the effort! kind regards Bender_39
ED Team USSR_Rik Posted June 19, 2019 ED Team Share Posted June 19, 2019 I was told that wake turbulence was disabled in the code, even though there was still a checkbox...It was my mistake. Really despite of effect needs additionsl tuning and some features are not included into 2.5.5, it works in Open beta. Men may keep a sort of level of good, but no man has ever been able to keep on one level of evil. That road goes down and down. Можно держаться на одном уровне добра, но никому и никогда не удавалось удержаться на одном уровне зла. Эта дорога ведёт вниз и вниз. G.K.
