It looks like it's never flown a day in it's life!

It has hundreds of hours probably. You should see the underside of our EC 135! All of the elements (airframe, control system...) look brand new and pretty! :)

Su-27 documentary; it shows that a prototype flanker flew after loosing part of its wing. It is cool that they explain why the flanker is so agile; on a side note they also mention that the the Wrights brothers aircraft was a dynamically unstable aircraft! those guys were out of the ordinary!

Well, look at that; JHMCS on test A-10, so maybe on the way to operational units, if not there already.
