Litening at targeting pod

Hi to all, I would ask you if is possible to targheting with litening pod an static plane on the airport, I have tryed at locking an static plane on the ground but nothing....the same thing with JTAC.

You mean with Point Track? Should be possible, but if it's stationary on the ground, you can also use Area Track.

I tried locking another player in an F18 online tonight while he was taxiing in point track mode and could not get it to track.

Thank, confirm with area track I can lock and hit an static airplane on ground.

Good to see you worked it out with area track which always should be enough if the target's not moving.

Not cool if you can't shoot. In that other sim you could fire and guide X-4 radio guided missiles while sitting on the ground, that sure was lots of fun (did that once with a bunch of guys who agreed to enjoy a one side, one airfield only vulchfest just for the lols)

 

Well, that was like 13 years ago
