The proper wishlist item is to fix the pilots inability to withstand more than 7Gs. Our game blacks out way too quick and too frequent.

Can somehow the amount of hours on the pilot raise the G tolerance ? Then say someone with 100hrs would be able to pull say 9 and someone with 25 say, 7?

That's an idea. Or make it plane-specific or type-specific, eg. 100 hours in fighters or 100 hours in the F-16 specifically. On the other hand, that'd create a stats gap in MP, with more experienced or grindy pilots dominating in dogfights. DCS is clearly not about variable stats between players and I kinda think it should stay that way.

Right now, you can improve G tolerance with G warmup during the mission, but it the benefit lasts too little IIRC (a few minutes?). Maybe increasing the base tolerance to 8G, 9G with warmup and have the warmup buff last longer would be a better approach.

Easy to manipulate, because the logbook file is editable. Besides a new pilot is tested in the centrifuge prior to getting through their complete training.

ED needs to rework their code to fix the black outs at 7Gs.

I doubt it would attract the new players. If someone new would like to try MP he would be handicapped not only by the deficit of skill but also by having unable pilot.

And after all I have all the worse experience with all kind of grind/unlocks/exp in simulators...

The aircraft in the mishap did NOT have the AGCAS installed even the article said that...
