how to show seconds in the F10 map

When you display the f10 map or in the mission editor

Press Lalt+Y to change the coordinate format while in the F10 menu. You will cycle through all available coordinate formats this way (which are displayed on the top bar of the F10 map.

iirc, in de setting menu under misc., you can also select to show coordinates in seconds by default

Yes, you can set the preferred method of coordinates to be displayed within the settings menu, from the main menu in DCS. Then you can still scroll through them, within the F10 map, by pressing LAlt+Y, as mentioned above by myself and another member.
