IronMike
In his stead... I have recruited another Huey pilot. Dmitriom Lonewolf ping: 180 USA UH-1H Blue side Thank you (has been discussed previously with me). RED SIDE can add 1 more Mi-8 on top of its roster, reserve pilots get priority. If red side cannot add 1 more transport rotary, red can pick any additional slot they want. However, transport rotary is priority. IronMike
Hey guys, can we get someone from the waiting list to be airboss of the reds ? Or worst case scenario I'm willing to do it as soon as I die in game. You can get someone from the reserve list and even outside of sign ups. If you would offer yourself that would be great, but I would suggest that it only makes sense, or makes much more sense, if you do it from the get go. If the airboss chooses to fly, that is ok, btw. But I advise an airboss style of flying, means behind friendlies and with a good overview. However you will not have the aids the JTAC slot would usually offer to the airboss. TitanFire
Happy to slot in wherever needed (or whatever role) but my primary would be: TitanFire Lonewolf Irish Ping: ~120ms 1. F-15 or 2. A-10C Blue Side Again, open to whatever, but if needed on Red I'd rank it as 1) F-14 and 2) Su-25T. Happy to slot into Helos too if required. Wizard_VVS
Had anyone used my Speznaz JTAC on red side? :) [sIGPIC]http://s18.postimg.org/48u66h7ex/DCS_World_Userbar.jpg[/sIGPIC]
-Painter-
Thanks for the event. Unfortunately red suffered a lot from DCS crashes and disconnects. After my 3rd DCS crash I had to leave. I think the scale of that event was too much either for the server or for the clients who had a lot of Tomcats around. Several Tomcats got DCS crashes just after takeoff from Kish at the beachline there. Others during engagements. CptMacMillan
Yeah, pretty cool event, thank you very much!!! On a side note and for a future event, I think a red airboss/cmmdr might be required, as half the match is coordingating attackes with other units, BLUEs had a huge advantage on this. Other than that, very cool experience :) Edit: So yeah, as it turns out, a bunch of de-synch issues, not sure but I think two of my shoots basically were nullified due to the desync (at around 1:29:00, both shoots) Watching the stream it seems that desynch casued a couple of missiles to warp and ... explode, not sure if I could have killed Blaze as his plane warped when my missile had more energy, maybe it would be a good idea to make with 32 vs 32. OperatorJack
Thanks for the event guys. As a chopper jockey flying in the event I have to say the mission was not very acommodating to rotary wing whatsoever, possibly something to think about next time, either tweak objectives or remove the helo slots entirely? From my position we contributed literally nothing to the event and it just became the stream gushing over A2A duels. /да бойз/ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
D4n
Well, you contributed at least one thing, stream content xD (you were on stream at least once) Also, I posted the trackfile with yesterday's strange "Bandar-Abbas faction-change-bug" in bug forum section (which kicked me from my aircraft...), so next Speed&Angels event should be an even more bugfree experience :) ;) Edited December 23, 2019 by DanielNL DCS Wishlist: 2K11 Krug SA-4 Ganef SAM, VR-TrackIR icons next to player names in score-chart PvP: 100+ manual player-kills with Stingers on a well known dynamic campaign server - 100+ VTOL FARP landings & 125+ hours AV-8B, F-14 crew, royal dutch airforce F-16C - PvP campaigns since 2013 DCS server-admins: please adhere to a common sense gaming industry policy as most server admins throughout the industry do. Soviet Kitty
Thanks a lot for organizing this and making the event happen. A big shout out to the red side, we didn't fail and ran into our canon fodder role with dignity. :D
JunMcKill
It was a great event, thanks to the organizers and all the pilots!! I could not finish, due to a lightning that fell near an electrical transformer in my area and we ran out of light.
