Nodak
Now that we have the night light right.... Be kind of handy to make a radio call and have a C-130 overhead kick a huge one out. Or ground units shoot one up to mark an LZ. Door gunners chunking them out as required.
Emmy
A-10C can drop them. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] http://www.476vfightergroup.com/content.php High Quality Aviation Photography For Personal Enjoyment And Editorial Use. www.crosswindimages.com
QuiGon
Not just the A-10C, but also other aircraft like the Viggen and I think the Su-25 can drop them as well. As a mission maker you can also use triggers to spawn the flares anywhere you want at any time. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing! Gierasimov
Triggers do nicely as well - with either signal flare or illumination bomb Intel i7-13700KF :: ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI D4 :: Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB :: MSI RTX 4080 Gaming X Trio :: VKB Gunfighter MK.III MCG Ultimate :: VPC MongoosT-50 CM3 :: non-VR :: single player :: open beta

Emmy
Last time I checked (one update back .. not the absolute latest) they worked from the A-10C and they worked very well.
