is anyone else having difficulty actually seeing the LBAR light in 2.5.6 it seems incredibly dim compared to 2.5.5

Yes, especially the flaps light. If you didn’t know what was supposed to be there you wouldn’t be able to read it without zooming in.

This remains an issue, frankly it seems to be worse i genuinely can't tell if any of the lights are on or off!

it's still very faint, it is brighter but i have to lean in to be sure it is lit

I'm also not seeing it. In fact, I think the Hornet has the brightest lights of all the modules I own, to the point they look unrealistically bright, even in direct daylight.

 

OP, in your screenshot, it looks like you're you're running a custom cockpit texture mod. I think that might be the reason.

NVM @Nineline, I checked again (and removed the custom cockpit, doh!) and yes this is good now!

NVM @Nineline, I checked again (and removed the custom cockpit, doh!) and yes this is good now!

Glad to hear it got fixed. The f18c_cpt-lights.dds file changed recently, so if you want to use your mod, simply replace the old f18c_cpt-lights.dds with the new one.
