Please create that option in DCS for the KC-135 (and any new big wing tankers)... Kang Posted May 21, 2020 Posted May 21, 2020 Isn't the option generally there for the KC-135? I mean, there is the 'default' one, there is the MPRS one, that has wing drogues, and there was, at least for a while, a boom-drogue conversion one, that I think Razbam made for the Mirage?

They couldnt get the BDA to work so it was scrapped for the MPRS. Which is fine as we can do 2 jets vs 1. What the OP is asking for is to allow the MPRS jet to do probe and drogue AND boom AR. The engine cant handle that.
Northstar98 Posted May 22, 2020 Posted May 22, 2020 It's a similar thing with the S-3B and the S-3 tanker - they're the same airframe and variant AFAIK, the drogue refuelling system should really be an external store you fit to it in the loudout menu.
