joey45 Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 su-17??? The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. topol-m Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 (edited) Nope, it`s not Ya-9 or Su-17. BTW su-17 has much more primitive cockpit than my plane. :music_whistling: Edited August 17, 2009 by topol-m [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
CE_Mikemonster Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 (edited) Thanks Topol, can't rep you apparently. I haven't seen the current question but is the answer 3.14 at 30,000ft or is that idea just pie in the sky? Failing that I'm gonna make a nonsensical guess that the plane in question is a Draken - (it ALWAYS IS) I came fifth in a pub quiz tonight, now i've been invited to watch Star Wars [?] at my mates house. good night fellas, good luck. Edit: Oh just thought, it could be a Dassault Aviation Colon. (or is that just a shitty pipe-dream?) Edited August 17, 2009 by CE_Mikemonster Too many cowboys. Not enough indians. GO APE SH*T
joey45 Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 su 22 or A 4 The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that. Thank you for you patience. Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..

topol-m Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Last clue - this cockpit was part of modernization research that didn`t passed to full production phase. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
nscode Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 like that wasn't obvious ;) Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.
mvsgas Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Man my inner geek is loving and hating this at the same time. I was certain it is a French design because of the flight stick. I seen it in some photos from a Jaguar, Entendard, etc. So I thought Maybe the Nesher family( Nesher, Dagger, Finger) But the canopy front glass does not match. So I started to think, maybe the Italian/Brazilian AMX A-1 I can't find a good photos. I also started to look at the L-39 series (L-39, L-59, L-159) because the front canopy frame look. But again, is hard to find good photos I think I'm going to keep looking into south American attack aircraft like the Casa C-101 Avionjet or even the Pucara... I think I go with Nesher family for now, but not convince. :book: To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.
