Hey Nick and Tromp,

I will be releasing the Russian Destroyer Admiral Ushakov later today or tomorrow morning. Just a few more adjustments. Stay Tuned. 

I want to thank HawaiianRyan for his assistance with the Sovremenny Class Destroyer.

It's being remade as be wasn't happy with the model. Coding <profanity> takes ages, so could be days, could be weeks.

Good Morning, Good Afternoon Everyone.

I have released the Sovremenny Class Destroyer Admiral Ushakov. Features are listed below. I forgot to add livery of the Russian destroyer Nastoychivy. I think you all will enjoy the newest AI Russian Ship addition to DCS.  Admiral Ushakov 

Admiral Ushakov is a Sovremenny-class destroyer of the Russian Navy. Previously she was named Besstrashny before being renamed in 2004.

The project began in the late 1960s when it was becoming obvious by the Soviet Navy that naval guns still had an important role particularly in support of amphibious landings, but existing gun cruisers and destroyers were showing their age. A new design was started, employing a new 130 mm automatic gun turret.

Thanks Nick for catching that. 

All please go into the livery folder and update the Material # to 26 within the description.lua. The Nastoychivy "Persistent" Livery will appear in DCS once you have made the changes.

I will uploaded the updated Livery for download as well.

Your welcome Gogi12.  Happy to know we could fore fill your wish. I do hope it was everything you wished for. 

With that said. I would like to give a big thanks to HawaiianRyan. His contribution played a big part in bringing another great mod to DCS. He also gave me some valuable feedback with regard to some of the mod features and specifications. Thanks again Ryan, I appreciate the assistance. 

I would like to also thank the other contributors out there. Your donations keeps me pushing ahead. Thanks.

My next dream is the large anti-submarine ships of the project 1134-B "Berkut—B" - according to the NATO codification — Kara class. I really hope that the Admiral wnullill fulfill it sonullmeday.

@Urbi Is there any chance you could work your magic on the Knox class frigate and Kidd class destroyer. I tried myself but I’m not used to this style of skins with everything separate. I’d happily donate some $ for your time.

I think the Kidd's Hull has burnt in numbers I was looking at that too. Maybe if we could get the Admiral to take them off and just splash some paint  I haven't checked out Knox yet myself
