There ins't the key on the throttle to light it up.

I mean, the trigger is on the throttle but is not clickable. And no key assignable.

Just want to +1 again for the X/Y axis for the TDC. If you guys could see fit to include that in one of the near updates I am sure a lot of us with a mouse toggle on our throttles would be eternally grateful! Thanks Razbam, having a blast with this module.

+1 from me too!

Happy flying!

Hey guys, thanks for the hard work being put in to buff out the Mirage 2000C.

I noticed that some of the click able cockpit switches have been reversed, starting with the GPU and fuel pump power switches and lighting knobs.

What I mean by this is that to turn on any switch or knob it used to require a left-click. Now some switches and knobs are backwards. They require a right-click in order to turn the system on. This is new and I've only noticed it on 2.0 NTTR since the latest patch

I think it's intended as the mouse button denotes the direction the in pit switch will move which makes sense to my brain. But then again it may not be intended

However, that was more logical before to me...

left-Click = CW or UP/Right or On/Enable or Toggle

Right-Click = CCW or DOWN/Left or Force Off/Disable

As it is, for example, when we naturally Left-clicks on the Radar Illumination knob to enable it, nothing happen... to enable it, you have to Right-click, which is counter-intuitive.

However, this is only my point of view... i'am not "Clickable Cockpit" expert... ( maybe it's more realistic to have a left-click CCW and right-click CW... (ho sorry lord for this abominable joke) )

Yea maybe they went with some really odd intuition which says, "let us have everyone relearn and retrain their brains in the way they will use our cockpit!"

Also, the threat warning receiver is lacking so hard....:(

I love this module, I really do, but I can't even tell when I am being locked by anything, including radar. and by the time I realize there is something actually near me it is way to late since everything is cluttered within the immediate threat circle.

Ok, now that X/Y axes settings are present in 2.0, they seem to be completely inoperable.

The radar mark just won't move after assigning those axes on mini joystik. So I have to keep on usung a hat to control it.

Correct, I was excited to see that to, oh well. No problem though, it will come eventually in the meantime I'll stick to the hat switch.

I have a Warthog and it is not possible to use the slew control. I can assign it in the axis controls setup but it does not work in game.

Please share your method and which version.

You can use this method until the axis becomes available:

KeyAxis(&Throttle, SCX, 0,AXMAP2(3,'j',0,'l'));

KeyAxis(&Throttle, SCY, 0,AXMAP2(3,'i',0,'k'));

This will split your axis into 3 zones (can be more, just change the number and add more possible values), and assign a button press to each zone.

Ah, thanks PiedDroit

If I understand it correctly it's still up/down and side to side only using the slew control instead of a hat. Is that right?

I'll give it a try, sorry to have to ask but which file does it go in?

Yes exactly.

That code will only work with hotas warthog script editor (you should be able to achieve the same effect with target GUI but I don't know the syntax).

If you're using a different stick you'll have to figure out how to do that by yourself, using that stick's software.

This method will become obsolete once we have a working TDC axis.

Sweet, I'll get to work then... can't keep imposing on your time.

Great help by the way, your temporary fixes until the RAZBAM team releases another update have been great.

No worries, it doesn't take too much time. And if it does I'll tell it.

If you are already using TARGET you should be able to use the ministick like I indicated as a temporary solution.

However if you don't use TARGET, it means that you'll to have to remap a lot of stuff because TARGET creates a virtual controller which is different from the bare joystick and throttle, this can be time consuming, so maybe it's not so good idea (you probably know that already ;)).

Posted (edited)

I do not use TARGET in DCS, just assign in game. I do use TARGET in Falcon BMS but haven't looked at it since setting it up years ago, so it will be like starting from scratch.

Oh well, this will keep the old gray cells exercised.

turn it on, and turn it off at a guess.

What it's purpose is... Another matter entirely!

Nice ...

Thanks, you are the best ...
