M77 submunition (US MLRS warhead) doesn't seem to do enough damage to tanks

From what I can find (which isn't much, and isn't unreferenced, so take with a heap of salt), the EFP of the M77 submunition has approximately 100mm of RHAe penetration; so yeah, definitely enough to go through the turret roofs, and engine decks of tanks that don't feature improved protection such as ERA.

That's what I mean, look at the MBTs in the group, they aren't being destroyed. In all the tests raking this area with the submunitions at most got one tank down to red health. Look at which units actually die, I never was able to destroy any of the T55's in the group. I can reupload the track without the other unit types if that would help.

In my experience it takes ~26 submunition hits to kill a T-90. Being there are 644 of these per missile, overall I'd expect their effectiveness to be better, particularly when fired at maximum range where the missile is coming down near vertically.
