fixed 1S91 RADAR incorrect NATO reporting name

Hi Everyone,

Very minor issue that's super easy to correct: the 1S91 STR of the 2K12 "Kub" [NATO: SA-6 "Gainful"] is incorrectly called "Long Track", it's correct NATO reporting name should be "Straight Flush".

The "Long Track" is the NATO reportng name for the P-40 which is this RADAR:

I would've attached a correct .lua entry but the whole folder structure has changed and I can't find it anymore.
