They are not spying, they are doing their own thing and others are observing them.

Inventing new (aka recycling old) ideas about your desire to believe will not really make some unknown phenomenon into "a vehicle" with cited properties. You'll need a tiny bit more than a random blip to start inventing alien spacecraft.

And my 152 has never complained to me when I hit it. Neither have other aircraft complained when I stare at them. So, got any proofs or are we just gonna blare out nonesense as usual?
