DCS always launches in full screen mode

Hi,

 

No matter what I set for the full screen option, DCS always launched in full screen mode. I checked he fullScreen setting in options.lua and it is set to false.

I tired reducing the resolution but still loads in screen mode.   I have a 3440x1440 monitor

When you say it launches in full screen mode, are you referring to the Main Menu and beyond? Or just the initial splash screen and such? If the latter, right click on your DCS shortcut, and change start maximized to start in a normal window.

maybe this will help. i have same res monitor and these are my setting in DCS.
